He said he has no idea how to do that because his "computer genius" employee won't be back until next Monday. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wasn't home for a delivery and asked the carrier to drop the package off at the store. When I went to pick it up the clerk told me it wasn't there without even checking any info. I went to the facility on big boom road and the kind lady there tracked my package back to this store. It was there the whole time. When I called to complain they just said "well you didn't tell me your name." No apology. Then they charged me $5 for holding the package there.
